Builders and other trades working on building sites need to make sure that all of their tools have a recent Electrical Equipment Test safety label.
Depending on the site these labels may need to be updated 3 or 4 times a year.
Our Trades Testing subscription will ensure that all of your tools have –
- A generic unique reference asset tag that is securely attached to the tool.
- An Electrical Equipment Test carried out up to every 3 months (if required).
- A EET label applied.
- A Certificate of Testing for each item.
Once you are in our program we will contact you to remind you when your next test is due.
Purchased a new tool – simply let us know and we will book you in for a drop in appointment to get it added to your program as soon as possible.
Replaced a tool – let us know and we will book you in for a drop in appointment to get the tool ‘replaced’ in your program as soon as possible.
Personalised Asset Tags can be ordered which will include your company name etc at additional cost subject to an minimum order of 100 items although these will be subject to a delivery period.

Terms and Conditions
A setup fee of £5 is charged per item at the start of your program. This will cover registering your tool in the program, the asset tag and the initial Electrical Equipment Test. This can either be completed at our office or at your site (subject to a minimum of 40 items). Additional fees will be charged for site visits outside a 15 mile radius of Harlow.
A monthly subscription starting at just 25p per item will ensure that all of your tools are covered and an annual Electrical Equipment Test is carried out using our drop in service. Additional subscription rates will cover bi-annual or quarterly testing schedules.
All prices exclude VAT.
You are welcome to cancel your subscription plan at any time. If your subscription is cancelled your Electrical Equipment Test certificates will remain valid until the expiry date on them but no further testing will be carried out. To rejoin the program will require a new set up fee.
